1. About Pemuno and these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of pemuno.com and purchases from the Pemuno store. “Pemuno”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the merchant operating this store. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. Pemuno remains responsible for its own sales and merchant obligations. These terms do not make Shopify the seller of the products you buy from us.
2. Using the store
You must have the legal capacity to make the transaction, or any consent required under the law that applies to you. Provide accurate order and contact information, and protect any account credentials you use. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, malware distribution, interference with security or unauthorized access to systems or information.
3. Product information and intended use
Pemuno offers pet-living essentials and practical household helpers. Review each listing for size, compatibility, intended animal use, materials, care guidance and included parts. Scene illustrations can show styling accessories that are not supplied; included items are those stated in the listing. Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but this does not excuse a material misdescription.
Follow the supplied instructions and supervise pets where appropriate. Stop using an item if it is damaged or unsafe for its intended use. Store content is product information, not veterinary advice, and does not promise a particular health or behavioural outcome.
4. Orders, availability and corrections
Review the item, quantity, delivery address and final total before placing an order. Submitting an order requests the purchase on the terms shown at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an item or identify a material error, we will contact you, explain the issue and arrange the applicable correction, cancellation or refund. We will not impose a material change to an existing order without your agreement.
If payment has been collected for goods we cannot supply, we will refund the relevant amount as required by applicable law. Nothing here permits us to deny a binding purchase or statutory remedy merely because an item was discounted or a listing contained an error.
5. Prices, payment, tax and currency
The checkout shows the applicable item prices, discounts, available payment methods, delivery charges and any taxes collected through checkout. The store’s base currency is USD; Shopify may display and charge supported local currencies. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges. We do not ask you to send full payment-card details by email.
Any customs or import charges not collected at checkout depend on the destination and applicable arrangements. Check the information shown before purchase and contact us if it is unclear. These terms do not state that every order is duty-paid or transfer costs to you contrary to applicable law.
6. Delivery
Standard shipping is free on orders of US$50.00 or more; orders below US$50.00 have a US$6.99 standard shipping charge. Local currency amounts are converted by Shopify. Delivery estimates, when provided, are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot meet a communicated dispatch commitment, we will explain the situation and provide any delay-consent, cancellation or refund options required by law. Risk of loss, delivery obligations and remedies follow applicable law; these terms do not automatically transfer all risk to you when goods are handed to a carrier.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Mandatory cancellation rights, consumer guarantees and remedies for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods take priority over conflicting store wording.
